This short sleeved sweater/top is by Emma James (a Liz Claiborne division).  It is 55% ramie, 44% acrylic, and 1% nylon - a ribbed knit in a rich burnt orange, perfect for Fall.  It has a mock turtle-neck.  The size is a large and the measurements are:  bust - 38" but can stretch easily up to 46", sleeve length - 9", and length of top - 24 1/2".  This pre-owned garment is in excellent condition and comes from a smoke and pet free home.
