Payment Terms & Checkout Procedures

PayPal: We are a Paypal Preferred Retailer. Our Paypal ID is axntwn@aol.com.  If you are paying with a Instant payment the item should ship within 2 business days.

Please Note: If you are using a checking account as your default payment account within Paypal, Paypal will process your payment as an e-check (an electronic personal check). E-checks require a minimum of 3-5 business days from the date of payment for Paypal to complete the transaction and deposit the funds into our account.  Orders will ship only after payment has cleared.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

Please Note:  The Billing Address is the address at which you receive your credit card statement.  Please makes sure you enter your Billing Address exactly as it appears on your statement.  Your card cannot be verified and will be declined if you use a Billing Address other than the address on file with your credit card company.  This will delay the shipping of your order.

Return Policy :

Firstcall Paintball wants you be happy with your purchase.  All of our products are brand new from the factory in factory packaging(unless otherwise stated).  We will gladly exchange a defective or damaged item, as long as it is in new, unused condition and still in factory packaging.  All exchanges require an approval.  Please email returns@firstcallpaintball.com or call 888-429-1913 to receive proper instructions and a RA#(return authorization #). We will not accept any package that doesn't have a RA# on the outside of the box.  All of our markers come with at least a 30 day parts and labor warranty.  Most of our markers come with a one year parts and labor warranty - please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
