NYC Empire State Building Observatory
Vintage Flier/Brochure
published by Rand McNally

Vintage tourist brochure
folds out to give information about
the "awe inspiring view" from the top of the
Empire State Building in New York City.
A map is included, as well as photos of the skyline,
to indicate what you can see,
and the brochure also has information about the
building itself and an art display in the lobby
depicting the "eight wonders of the world".
Judging by the artwork and photos,
I believe this flier came from the
mid-to-late 1960s or very early 1970s.

Condition:
This flier is in acceptable condition -
it's entertaining and readable and not overly faded,
and maintains its structural integrity,
but it definitely has aging-paper smell and feel.
The folds are a bit worn, and the top third of the
flier is wrinkled from... some bad experience with
not being kept flat. Also, there's a few small age stains
and a tear with some missing material in one top corner.
