We had these Pentagram Pendants specially made for us, hand cast and finished in 85% pure silver, rather than sterling, in order to keep the price more reasonable, be more tarnish resistance and offer better durability than sterling silver. Without being told, you'd never suspect that these aren't sterling silver, as they're identical to the same pieces we've had cast in sterling. Having a slightly lower silver content does not, in any way, decrease the beauty or value of these pendants. In fact, we expect them to hold up longer, retaining their beauty for a lifetime. Again, these are solid 85% silver, not silver plated. 

These pendants are just under one inch in diameter, hanging from a beautiful hinge style, butterfly bale that adds another half inch to the length of the piece. This bale is particularly fine, adding both fine style and function, allowing the pendant to lay very naturally, particularly since we had these made in a gentle, rounded convex shape, rather than flat, so that they're slightly raised from the body, adding depth and interest, as well as allowing light behind the stone to better enhance its beauty. The bale is large enough so that this pendant may be used with almost any sized chain, even fitting over some beaded pieces, yet not so large as to be obnoxious. The Red Jasper cabochon is .28" in diameter.

Being hand cast and finished, you'll note some small imperfections, but we believe this adds to the appeal, making it obvious that these aren't the average, mass produced pieces you'll see elsewhere.
