Ends of the Earth by Roy Chapman Andrews

Includes 67 black and white photographic illustrations throughout and on endpapers. "Roy Champman Andrews (1884-1960), purportedly the inspiration for the fictional character of Indiana Jones, was an American naturalist, explorer, and director of the American Museum of Natural History."

This is a hardback book, 6 1/2" X 9 1/2" tall, 355 pages. This book is in good condition with discolored black cloth covered boards with rubbing to edges. The pages are clean and unmarked except for light tanning and foxing, and a gift inscription on front endpaper dated 1929. No dust jacket. The spine is strong and straight. This book was published by National Travel Club, NY, in 1929, stated special limited edition.
