In other words, assuming 400 steps equals an inch, the stepper motor must literally produce 400 clicks to move an inch. So when a cutter that's stepper controlled needs to move 1 inch down and 1 inch left, it will click 400 times down and 400 times to the left from it's home location. (NOTE: It must also be at home position for this to happen accurately.) Servo control moves a motor to a specific x/y coordinate. So when your computer tells the servo controlled cutter to move 1 inch down and 1 inch over from home position, the control unit goes exactly there based on a coordinate location. • We will exchange/replace defective merchandise immediately. No refunds or credits.
• Defective on Arrival situation must be noticed within 15 days after delivery.
• Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.

• Units returned without an RMA will be refused.
• Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
