Shipping Discount: I do offer discount on shipping multiple items. Since I charge Actual shipping and shipping costs are based on location and weight, I can not provide a discount until your items are packaged, ready for shipment. The Actual shipping costs will be included in the invoice I will send to you prior to payment.
Domestic Shipping (within the USA): Package is shipped within 24 hours after payment is cleared.
I primarily ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (estimated delivery time 2-3 days), however would be happy to use an alternative USPS shipping method to save buyer money on shipping or to expedite shipping time.
Insurance-I pack my boxes very well therefore insurance is not required, however I do require insurance for Precious Moments Figurines. Insurance is offered upon request from buyer at buyer's expense.
International Shipping-I ship within 48-72 hours after payment is cleared

I ship using USPS First Class Mail International (No estimate time of delivery), however will ship USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days delivery) upon buyer's request or for packages that do not qualify for USPS First Class International
Once items leave my location, I am still responsible for item arriving to you safely. Please notify me if your items do not arrive satisfactorily.
I will refund your money in full if you are not satisfied with your item. Requests for refund must be made within 7 days after delivery confirmation.
Refunds are made in the method they were paid, i.e. Paypal payments will be refunded by Paypal

I try to sell my buyers good quality collectibles. Some of my items are New and some in Mint Condition. When in doubt if something is New I will list it as Mint Condition. I do not glue anything on to my pieces. I do not intentionally sell broken pieces except in the Dollar Store section of my ebay store. When I do, the damaged piece will be listed as "damaged" with pictures displayed.
I check my emails frequently. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours please email me again. It is possible the email did not reach me.
I do offer my phone number upon request or when I feel resolving issues are better handled by phone rather than email.
