When your auction is over, you must tell us what you would like engraved on your items.
Please read the description carefully to see how your item is personalized and any options
for the item. We can’t process orders until we have your engraving instructions.
This maybe done in the following way.

Send us an e-mail to our Ebay account, please be sure to include your EBay user name.
Please make sure you double check your spelling when submitting your engraving instructions.
We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on your part. We will take what you submit to us
and use that information exactly as you typed it. If you want something capitalized
please do so in the instructions and if you don’t want a punctuation mark on the engraved
item please don’t include them to “highlight” something or they will be on the engraved item.

If you item is being personalized with initials or a monogram we will engrave the item in the
exact order that you submit them to us. Please note-
Initials are usually First Name, Middle Name and then Last Name,
Monograms are typically First Name, Last Name (larger font size) and then Middle Name.

If your item included a choice for fonts and you do not specify which font you would like
used, we will choose the font that we feel is best for that item.
