- Each glass has the Linking Hearts design.
- Below the engraved design, a title - that you select - is engraved. For example, if you select the "Bride / Groom" set, you will receive one glass wtih Bride engraved on it, and one glass wtih Groom engraved on it.
- To make the keepsake glasses even more special, you have the option of adding your date.

Our preferred method of payment is through Paypal and should be recieved within 3 days of the auctions end.

Items are shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse. Currently we are shipping to the USA only. We ship only to physcial addresses, no APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.
Items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.
The shipping charge listed if for the lower 48 states.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii require additional handling surcharges.
As of 07.19.09 we no longer ship to Puerto Rico.

Combined Shipping is offered only if items are from the same manufacturer. Contact us to see if your items can be combined.
Items are shipped directly from the manufacturers and on rare occassions the listed item maybe "out of stock". If this should happen you will have a choice as to whether you would like a full refund or have the item placed on "back order" status and shipped once the item is back in stock.
We will strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure that you order your items in plenty of time for your event. Please allow 14+ for completed orders.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item and we will have the manufacturer send you a replacement or we will issue a credit once the item has been returned.
