These hard cases have a soft interior to help protect your precious eyewear. You choose the options you'd like and click the preview button. You'll immediately be taken to a preview page where you can see what you've selected. Go back and make changes until you're satisfied with how your case looks and then come back to make your purchase on Ebay and message us the details.

What is the warranty on the cases?
We offer a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If your case is somehow defective we will replace it for you. We also offer a one time replacement if you are unhappy with your customization. See the warranty information below for more details.

What are the dimensions of your eyeglass and sunglass cases?
Our cases are approximately 6.5" long, 2.75" wide in the center and 1.25" in height. The cases weigh approximately 4oz (115g). See the pictures of our sample engraved cases for the shape.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paypal currently. Through Paypal you can also pay using a major credit card, check or bank transfer, even if you do not have a Paypal account.

How long have you been in business?
We have been engraving eyeglass cases for eyewear professionals for over 20 years. Our cases normally retail for about $70 through eyecare professionals. We have just recently (2007) begun offering our case engraving services to the public online via our website. We are new to Ebay and need all the feedback we can get.

How long will it take to receive my case?
We process your case orders immediately and usually cases ship within one business day of ordering.

If I've chosen a custom font or image for my case, what do I need to do?
You need to email us the font file (TTF format) or the image file (any format) along with your order number and contact information in case we have any questions.

Please check the case dimensions given above and on our website to be sure your eyewear will fit inside. Our cases will not fit over sized eyewear or sunglasses with wraparound frames. We have only the one size case so please make sure it will work for your needs; we want you to be happy. Also note the text, images and graphics are ENGRAVED onto the case; not painted or drawn. The results will looks differently from one case color to another. Please look at the samples on our website of the different color engraved cases.
