Includes forward by CEO Kenneth Lay: ''…As officers and employees of Enron…we are responsible for conducting the business affairs of the companies in accordance with all applicable laws and in a moral and honest manner…'' Accompanied by an interoffice memo from Lay summarizing and reinforcing the policies set forth in the booklet. Softcover measures 5'' x 7''. Some scratching to lower corner of cover, otherwise excellent.
