Kenneth Lay Enron July 2000 memo, with accompanying ''Enron Code of Ethics'' book. Signed ''Ken'' in black ink. The 8.75'' x 11'' interoffice memorandum gives a 4pp. overview of the 5'' x 7'', 64pp. booklet, highlighting policies on ''Business Ethics.'' Prior to imploding due to systemic fraud in 2001, the Houston-based company employed 21,000 people as a leading electric, natural gas, and communications entity with revenues of $101 billion in 2000. Both memo and pamphlet pristine. Nice item signed by the embattled Enron CEO.
