Up for your consideration is a copy of Entertainment Magazine September 21, 2007.  It features an exclusive on Britney Spears and her comeback on the MTV Video Music Awards.  Great Collectors Item! 

This item is in excellent used condition. It comes from a non-smoking home.  I accept cashieer's checks, money orders, and paypal. No personal checks will be accepted. All sales are final. Merchandise: My merchandise comes from a variety of places. First and foremost, I weed out our closets every so often. My husband and I are newlyweds, and trying to adjust to shared space. We both tend to like to shop, a lot! So, in order to keep our space relatively livable we both have to weed out or closets. All of our items, we feel are in good to excellent condition. Sometimes, we will even find things with tags we just never got around to wearing. All of our items come from a non smoking household and are kept in a separate room after listed in plastic storage bins. I also sell things for family and friends. A lot of times, people just don’t have the time to hassle with listing things. So, this is where I come in. I try to always carefully list things to the best of my ability. I am human though, and like anyone I can overlook flaws. I try to list my things as accurate as possible. Sometimes, even over cautious so there are no surprises when you get it. If I see a flaw after the item is listed I will email the buyer.

Payment: I would like all payments to be made within a 10 day period. If they are not, then the item will be re-listed and appropriate feedback will left. I do realize that life happens. BUT, I would appreciate honesty in the transactions. I am not beyond making exceptions. I prefer paypal payments, but I also accept money orders or cashiers checks. I do not accept personal checks due to the few I have had bounce over the years. All items will be shipped to your paypal account address unless a change is noted with your paypal payment.

Shipping: Buyers pay all shipping costs. All items ship Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Items are expected to arrive within 2-3 days of shipment. Insurance is always optional, but recommended on items that are liquid or fragile. All books are shipped via media mail unless otherwise requested. This can take from 2-9 days. All items shipped to Canada are usually shipped via airmail. This is an additional job to our full time jobs. Items shipped within the US will ship within 12-48 hours of purchase. If purchasing from outside the US,take note that we only ship one to two times a week. We are almost always guaranteed to ship on Saturday (before 12:00 EST) and one week day if time allows or quantity of purchases builds up. You can see by my feedback that I am not a slacker on getting items to my buyers on time. If you are in a time crunch, please email me your need and I’ll try my best to accommodate getting your purchases out to you in a timely manner.

Return Policy: Keep in mind that everyone’s opinions vary. You may not agree with the condition of the item you have received, and you are entitled to that. But, I can tell you that I will not misrepresent my items. I take great integrity in what I sell. I try to be honest, so much that I fear sometimes I can scare buyers away by ‘over describing’ what could be a tiny flaw. Feedback is there to let you know what other people have thought about my items. I will not deceive my buyers intentionally. That being said, I will not take refunds at this time. I do not offer a return policy. All sales are final, so please ask all questions prior to winning an auction. If an item is nothing like you expected it to be, you can email me and we will work something out. Keep in mind if something arrives damaged, once it leaves my home I am not responsible. I would encourage you the buyer to purchase insurance to cover your purchase. I want you to be aware of my policy before you decide purchase off me.

Feedback: I strive for only good feedback. Therefore, I won’t sell anything that I believe deserves anything less. FEEDBACK is an important part of any and all eBay transactions. I do leave feedback at the end of the transaction, meaning when you receive the item, if you leave me feedback I will then leave yours, thus completing the transaction. If there is a problem with the item you received, please email me right away so that we can mutually take care of the problem. I mark the item as "Shipped" in "My eBay", thus you will know that the item is on its way to you. I never leave a negative feedback without first trying to resolve the issue.

**TAKE NOTE - We are in the process of relocating from New Jersey to Texas.  From now until August 2007 we may run slightly behind on shipping times.  We take great pride in our sales and will get your item in the mail with the same care we have in the past.  Please just be a little forgiving if your item does not ship in the 48 hours we commit to send it in!
