Return Terms - Dead On Arrival (DOA)
Any item we sell that is not working properly when received by the buyer will be covered under the terms of our guarantee which is as follows: buyer must notify seller within 3 business days of receipt of the purchased item of any problem/defects that may require a return and/or refund. Upon agreement of the seller, the defective item may be returned to seller at buyer’s expense within 5 business days of notification. The item will be tested by seller to determine its condition. If the item is not working properly and there are no obvious signs of physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling on the part of buyer, product will be replaced or buyer’s money, including return shipping charges, will be refunded.
After the first 3 business days, the products are “as is” and SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SYSTEM INTEGRATION AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Seller’s sole responsibility and the Buyer’s exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of the purchase of any Product is repair or replacement, as described above. In no event shall Seller’s liability exceed the purchase price paid therefore; nor shall Seller be liable for any claims, losses or damages of any individual or entity or for lost profits or any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, howsoever arising, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Appropriate State sales tax will apply.
We DO NOT ship outside the Continental United States.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's.
