We are more than happy to combine shipping on multiple item purchases. For combined shipping on orders, we require that all items must be paid for with a single payment. If separate payments are made, the full shipping charge for each item will apply. You may obtain combined shipping in two ways. The eBay checkout system can do an automatic combination for you or you can E-mail us for a shipping total. You will probably get a cheaper quote if you e-mail us with the item numbers you wish to combine and your shipping address. We will either issue you a combined invoice through eBay (after items are purchased), or give you an estimate number you can reference on your payment to make sure you get the combined rate.

All shipping prices listed are for the continental US only. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but please e-mail (include item number) for a quote before purchasing. We no longer ship to or accept payments from outside the US. We ship most of our items the same or next business day after payment is received, which allows fast delivery. Most larger items/purchases are shipped via FedEx Ground, and shipping in the continental US usually takes 2-6 days. This varies occasionally. Smaller items will ship by US Mail, which usually takes 2-5 days, but can also vary.

Insurance is optional.  We offer insurance as an optional charge because very few packages are ever lost. We do our best to package our items well to prevent damage, so we leave it as an option to help keep your shipping costs down. We don't feel it makes sense to make shipping more expensive by requiring insurance on all items - especially on inexpensive items. If you accept and pay for the optional insurance RC Superstore will accept responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. By not accepting this optional insurance, you accept all responsibility for loss or damage of the item.
