Any item that requires a battery or has a battery, seller will not be held liable for the function/usability of the batteries. Do not assume batteries are included unless specified.

Most of the time these item are complete, however because we are not familiar with every item that we sell, it is up to the buyer to determine if the item is complete according to pictures and descriptions listed in the auction ad. These items are not always shipped in the original box. Many of these items are bought in bulk lots and may no longer have original mfg. packaging or instructions. No warranty on new items. Any mfg. warranty is up to the buyer to confirm, buyer to deal with mfg. in regards to any warranties.

PAYMENTS: Money Orders (USPS Preferred). No Paypal on items over $500. Paypal Payments must have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS, and item is sent only to the Paypal Confirmed Address--No Exceptions. Business Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders are subject to clearing before item is sent out. We can also accept Bank Wire Transfers and may include additional bank fees for processing. SHIPPING: No Local Pick Ups. If buyer does not pay for shipping insurance, Seller will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages. Any shipping claims will be the responsibility of the Buyer to file. Shipping Insurance will be mandatory for anyone using Paypal. Seller does not ship using Buyers’ UPS, FED EX or DHL Account.

Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, business name and phone numbers for shipping labels. We ship via several different carriers and have the right to choose which carrier based on item being sent. Do not ask us to do next-day shipping; 2-day service is possible, buyer must ask first before bidding. Shipping quotes are based on UPS Ground. Most items are sent out within 24-48 hours after receiving cleared payment. Bigger/heavier items will take longer as we usually only ship these items 1-2 times a week.

Buyer must contact me within 5 days of auction ended or will be considered a nonpaying bidder; item will be relisted and negative feedback may result.
