THIS ITEM IS A: lot of TWO items I sell as I found them, or in fair shape, frames are a little flawed and glass is INTACT,, one is about 28"s left and the other aout 27",, one is about 16"s tall, other about 19"s tall,. both look the same artists, one has a sign on the back,, I sell them as MYSTERY items and small writing top left, THINK one says NH? only ONE I will sell as signed BUT they sure look like the same artist!

By "as is" I mean I have told you what I know about the item and do describe damage and or flaws the best I can. We do state though if you do not pay for insurance, you agree to have the item shipped at your own risk hands down folks.

It is about 28"s by 16"s the FRAME size that is,, this will cost money to ship so there lies the issues,, 1890 or so i think and great detail and was framed in new york state near dutchess or columbia county due to the estate i cleaned out near hillsdale new york, nice older item, sold in used shape per frame. art to follow this one! OK, the camera DID flash a few times and the BY THE LAKE tag, original,, is lots darker than the shot shows, i believe this is a collectible artist registered! sippng $49.00 or can take to UR place to have boxed and shipped for 10.00
