Click here to view my other items! DESCRIPTION: This is an Ernest Hemingway First Edition "A Farewell to Arms" book. Published September 27, 1929. the first printing consists of 31,050 copies. Issued in smooth black cloth with gold paper labels, lettered and rule in black on the front cover and back strip. The 1st editions consisted of two issues. The 1st issue contains no legal disclamer on page "X". The 1st edition 2nd issue contains a disclaimer on page "X". This 1st edition book does have a disclaimer. This 1st edtion book is in exceptional condition. Please see picture for minor flaws and accuracy. NO folded pages or tears. Spine is firm. This book has NOT been restored. Marked in ink with a name on inside cover. Pencil numbers on inside back cover. Both will be shown in pictures. I am sure you will agree that this is an amazing book in exceptional condition.
