Each display case is poly-bagged, packaged between two custom fitted polyester foam end caps, and packaged inside of a 275# test double walled shipping carton, to ensure a safe delivery to you....
In the unlikely event damage does occur in shipping or if you find a defect in the material or craftsmanship of your case you must keep all packaging materials. Notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will make arrangements to have the damaged case picked up and send you a new case, at no cost to you, as soon as we receive the original.
We also offer even exchanges if you wish to return a case for reasons other than damage, customer is responsible for shipping.
