This Rare Erzebirge Piece is actually a working Nutcracker and also a Swiss-made Music Box.  Wind up is on the bottom of Snowman.  Pull the Snowman's Red Tie to place the nut in to operate the Nutcracker.  Imported from Erzebirge, Germany, handcrafted.  Made from a solid block of wood.  Measures 12 inches high X approx. 10 inches wide (arm to arm).  Snowman is holding an umbrella in one hand.  New in Box.

These handcrafted German Collectibles were imported from Germany as part of an annual fundraiser (Christkindlemarkt) for Catholic Charities.  Since we no longer have this fundraiser, we are able to offer these items at a fraction of their cost.
