Item Description
For sale is a handmade wooden standing angel musician candle holder made in the Erzgebirge region of Germany. Erzgebirge translates to iron mountain, and is located in the general area of Dresden. Around 400 years ago the iron was exhausted and the people turned to toy making to make a living. I purchased matching Christmas ornaments when I lived in Germany almost 20 years ago. When I found the angels after 20 years of searching I had to buy them. They are truly hard to find and absolutely gorgeous. Two white candles will be included. I can ship two of these candleholders for the price of 1 in the Continental United States These candleholders are a new introduction into my store. If they sell I will get more!

All items come from a smoke free environment

The majority of items I sell are New and Unused

If used, the item will have been really well maintained and clean

Any flaws beyond normal wear and tear will be noted in auction

All used pieces are sold as-is meaning they cannot be returned unless they are not as they were described in auction

Policies to my Customers

I will try to be totally honest in my item descriptions

I will respond to all e-mails ASAP

I will not ignore any questions. If you have questions Please, Please feel free to ask via e-mail (please note: AOL and Earthlink quite often refuse to deliver email.) If you don't get a response from me please submit question a second time

If problems arise before of after you receive your item I will actively try to resolve them

I reserve the right to cancel bids from ebayers who have poor feedback or non-payment strikes

At my discretion, I will relist items if I do not receive payment by the 10th day after purchase.

Shipping and Handling

USPS is my preferred shipper, though I will use UPS on occassion

All items will have a tracking number

I can not be responsible for items lost in the mail if you do not purchase insurance

Under no circumstances will I use "Fed-UP ground" They destroyed a shipment of mine and would not reimburse the buyer for shipping and handling charges. That reimbursement came out of my pocket!!!

I have a "break-even" policy on shipping. I do not attempt to make extra profit via shipping charges. Please understand that I have to pay for bubble wrap, shipping peanuts, strapping tape, ink cartridges and paper. They are not free

All items are packed to the best of my ability to avoid damage while in shipment
I reserve the right to use whatever shipper will be the least expensive depending to the destination zip code

Shipping on most items runs in the range of $5.00 to $10.00 for locations in the continental United States. Please look at the shipping portion of each auction for specific to the auction shipping information
