A little history about the company that is offering these machine. I started my company in 1982 in the sale and service of espresso and cappucino equipments. To that I have added gelato equipments, pasta machines, granita, margarita, panini grills and all supplies for the above. In addition I have built over the years a very respectable parts company. We now sell parts for most of the espresso machine manufacturers in the world. I have had the foresight back in 1995 to start a website that now is one of the leading in its field, definately the biggest and by the compliments I almost daily get one of the best if not alltogether the best. We have been rebuilding {actually you may want to call it remanufacturing} because we don't just dust off a machine and put it on ebay, we disassemble and reassemble our units.These are professional espresso, cappuccino machines of the highest quality built tough to withstand the rigors of a user that is not always gentle. In addition these machines have been rebuilt in their entirety by our technicians and tested by the up service using the 100 point checklist for accuracy and reliability of the service performed. We guarantee their superior performance and in addition we offer our 30-minute training by phone on how to use them and get them best results We quite often record this process with lots of pictures before and after we work on the machine. We guarantee our work and quite often we give a warranty that exceeds that of new machines. We treat our customers especial, we are not stingy with our time and we don't mind answering any questions that our customers have regarding the machine, its workings and the marketing of the product.
