SHIPPING:
All items listed as "Free Shipping" will be shipped via the carrier of our choosing. All item will be shipped to your verified Paypal or ebay address ONLY, we are not allowed to ship to a custom address different than what appears on your account. If you are buying as a gift or need to ship elsewhere Please call us @ 888-584-8881 BEFORE PURCHASING.
APO, HI, or AK orders a surcharge may apply depending on the shipping method, typically larger items that may ship via UPS in the states must ship via USPS to these areas, which sometimes cost more, in any event we will communicate and let you know.
For "calculated shipping" items, the carrier listed is most likely the one we will use, however we reserve the right to choose an alternate carrier as needed. If an item MUST ship via a specific carrier PLEASE LET US KNOW.
GUARANTEE:
I personally guarantee that all item descriptions are accurate. Most items are NEW and unused, however some items may be removed from original or bulk packaging for shipping purposes. All Used items will be clearly marked as such. In the event that an item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us via EBAY MESSAGES or our toll free number 888-584-8881. We will be happy to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
RETURNS:
Returns or exchanges are accepted on most UNUSED items within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded, Items listed as "Free Shipping" still have a shipping cost factored into the price and this amount will be deducted from any refund exchange.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
