• The pitcher has 12 oz capacity, made of 18/8 commerical grade stainless steel. It is about 3.5" tall. We also have a 20oz/Termometer combo for sale. The 20 oz pitcher is 4.5" tall.
• The candy/fry/frothing thermometer is made of stainless steel. 5.5 inch long. The reading surface is 2 inch in diameter.
• Thermometer reading range: 100 F to 400 F. Perfect temperature for steam milk is between 140 F to 160 F. Boiling water is about 212F.
• Both items are NSF approved. New in their original packagings.
