WE INCLUDE A $10 FREE GIFT AND A 10% DISCOUNT CERTIFICATE APPLICABLE TO A FUTURE PURCHASE WITH ALL COMBINED PURCHASES OF $100 TO $149.99. WE INCLUDE A $30 FREE GIFT WITH ALL COMBINED PURCHASES OF $150 TO $199.99. WE INCLUDE A $50 GIFT WITH ALL PURCHASES OF $200 OR MORE. The 10% discount will apply to all future purchases and does not expire. The 10% discount when used will be applied to the final selling price of all listing(s) payed for together. The discount certificate is good once for all items that are payed for and shipped at the same time. We have no problem with combining shipping and always offer shipping discounts for multiple items.
PAYMENT POLICY We prefer PayPal as the safest and fastest way to pay. We accept checks and money orders, but all checks and money orders will be held for seven days for clearance. We reserve the right not to accept checks or money orders that look fraudulent, suspicious or are filled out incorrectly. In this case, the original item will be mailed back to the sender. We will charge an additional $15 for returned checks to cover bank fees. We don't accept checks for payments over $150. We expect payment within 10 days of purchase. If payment is not received in 10 days, we will file a non-paying bidder complaint with Ebay. We only accept PAYPAL from international buyers, we make no exceptions to this policy. All international buyers who cannot pay by PAYPAL will have their orders canceled. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING THE ITEM. WE MUST REPORT ALL NON-PAYING BUYERS TO EBAY.
SHIPPING POLICY We usually ship 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. Some listings have EBAY shipping calculators to determine shipping for USPS Parcel Post (7-20 days), USPS Priority Mail (2-7 days), and UPS Ground shipping (2-10 days). Some of our listings participate in the GET IT FAST program, but not all of them. In most cases we have flat rate shipping charges for domestic and international Priority Mail shipping. Please note that USPS Priority Mail can take 7 days to 30 days to reach international customers. This timeframe includes the time spent going through customs. If you are an international buyer, you may want to inquire about customs fees in your country before you make a purchase. You are solely responsible for paying customs fees in your country. Customs fees are not shipping fees. We will not pay your customs fees. We do not profit from shipping costs. Shipping calculators are directly from EBAY, and they give a very close estimate of actual shipping costs, but it's not exact to the penny. We offer USPS shipping insurance for all international customers, which is $2.00 for up to $50, and $3.00 for every $100. We strongly recommend insurance for fragile items, and expensive items. If you have had a lost package in the past we recommend buying insurance. WE WILL GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASING INSURANCE TO COVER POSSIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING. Unfortunately, even though items lost or damaged during shipping are not the customer's fault, there is no way to determine if the claim for loss or damage is genuine. We will issue a 10% discount certificate for their next purchase to any customer who claims that the item they won was lost or damaged during shipping whether or not they bought insurance. Please notify us if you don't receive your item 30 days after payment. All items shipped through UPS automatically come with $100 in insurance. However, in order to file an insurance claim you must keep the damaged box and item for UPS pick up and inspection. If you do not do this, you will not be reimbursed for your loss by UPS. If you receive a damaged international package please keep the box and the damaged item for the required inspection by your local post office, and contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim for you. Fortunately, less than 1% of the packages that we ship are damaged or lost by the post office. When packages are damaged, the damage is usually only to the box and does not reach the item which is packaged with foam peanuts and bubble wrap.
RETURN POLICY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS IN THE UNLIKELY CIRCUMSTANCE THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. All of our orders are packed by people and checked for accuracy three times before shipping. But if this is the case, please send the item back to us, and we will replace it with the correct item. We will also issue a 10% discount certificate for your next purchase with our apologies. Please don't hesitate to ask any question you may have before buying an item. Please read the full description before buying any item. If after you receive the item, you feel that it is not as described, please e-mail us and we will absolutely work with you to resolve the situation. If the item is not incorrectly described, it was the responsibility of the buyer to ask all questions before buying.
