Auction items can be returned for replacement or repair only if defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. If the item you received is not in good working order, email us within 5 days of receipt of the item for return instructions and RMA number. We will not honor returns without this. We will exchange, repair, or, if the item is no longer available, issue a refund.
