Established Convenience Store, Deli, Tire & Lube Center

This was only a hardware store and we expanded it to include a deli, groceries, and ethnic products.  The deli and grocery area is 2240 sq and includes a freezer, a large meat cooler, two coke boxes, and various other items.  The shop is 1600 sq ft. and includes a vehicle lift, two tire changers, a hydraulic hose machine, compressor, and various other items. It is located on  a main highway through town. The store grossed $35,000 per month in its first year of operation and that does not include alcohol or gasoline or the tire and lube shop.  There is plenty of potential to grow with the addition of other product lines with this store as there is very little competition.  A complete equipment inventory list is available on request.
