However, as I told you, you will not need to make any changes to the website, so the only thing you still have to do is spend some time every day submitting the site to free advertisement websites. Half an hour a day will do! (although you'll probably want to spend some more in the beginning, to get used to it)

But that didn't really answer the question. Truth is, I can't make an accurate claim because I don't know you. Many sellers will make claims: "you'll make over $10,000 a month!!". They run everything, but you will receive commisions from them, and you can even choose how much! 10%, 30% or 45%... the bigger your percentage, the bigger the price for your customers though, so it's up to you. What is it going to cost me?

That first of all depends on the final bid of this auction, of course. I would value the website to be worth at least $500, but this is eBay of course - it could sell for a lot less, so take your chances! This is a one-time investment. You'll obviously never have to buy the website again.

After that, there's the hosting fees. I'm currently hosting it with a hosting company where it's just $4.50 per month (treyon.com). The tranfer process would be easiest if you also signed up there, but you may choose another hosting provider if you prefer. So in that case the transfer process is completely free, and otherwise just $4.95.
Lastly there's the annual renewal of the domain name. That's only $8.50 per year, and you won't have to pay it yet any time soon.

This means in total the website should cost you about $63 per year. That's just two signups, which you could be getting every day! ;-)
