What is Broken or Missing?: 11 out of the 72 mica windows are cracked, broken or gone.
Every part has No. 646 stamped into the cast iron.
The finial on top opens from the side, and there is a flat burner on the back.

Manufactured by the Estate Stove Co.-Hamilton, Ohio-founded 1845. Serial No. 646 is casted, etched in most parts. Unit was purchased in 2000 and used as a display attraction.
Unit body has been sandblasted and re-blacked. The trim was stripped, buffed and re-nickle plated. The "mica glass" was replaced new in all doors. (72 windows)
The flue oven was purchased separately. It was completely re-built with new metal outer jacket and stainless steel oven housing. Cast iron ends were re-nickled. There is approximately 16 ft. of black flue pipe with the unit. The small bottom flue doors on front of the unit had only one wire knob when purchased.  Theses were replaced with small chrome knobs.
The unit has removable handles for the ash shaker on the front end. A crank on the right side for hot coal dump into the ash pan. The pan bottom has a metal patch fastened with solid metal rivets. Rear unit has a stove lid handle.
The height from the floor to the top of finial is 6 ft. Unit weighs approximately 600 lbs. Heaviest part is the stove body weighing approximately 300 lbs to 350 lbs.`
