Etched Glass Indian Totem Pole Art Bear Eagle Figure

A lovely etched glass totem pole carving with three figures - one is a bear - the other two, I'm not sure - eagle and frog or wolf?  It measures approx 7 inches high by 4 1/2 inches wide - it has impressed on the base "Challenge, Innovate, Deliver" and there are four plastic tabs on the bottom so it doesn't scratch the furniture.  It is in good condition - no chips or cracks - clear glass - no signature or label.   I have more Indian related items listed - take a look at them too.
