Usually Canada or Mexico are $10.00 s/h for the flat rate envelope and other countries are $12.00 for the first catalog. Additional catalogs in the same envelope are 50 cents more. The weight limit is 4 pounds per envelope. A flat rate box is also available for larger shipments and starts at $38.00 s/h.
