Customer Service

At Bluegrass Hunt and Camp, our first priority is customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will issue a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. If the item is defective, we will take every measure to see that the error is corrected at no additional cost to you. We do ask that you contact us before returning merchandise as procedures vary depending on the item.

In order to offer you the widest variety of products at the lowest possible price, many of our items are not ordered until you buy the product. (Nearly every ebayer who offers a large product selection does this. We simply choose to tell you up front). This results in lower inventory costs for us, and therefore lower retail prices for you. However, we do rarely have an item become backordered after a sale is made. If this happens, you will be notified within twelve hours of the time of sale and will be offered the option of either a full, immediate refund or we will give you an approximate ship date and you can decide if you want to proceed with your order.

I currently only accept paypal as payment. I have implemented the paypal only policy in order to keep the flow of order processing as efficient as possible. I will usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Combined shipping is available on most items! If you are interested in multiple items, email us and tell us which items you are interested in and I will give you a shipping quote. Many of our items can be shipped the same or following business day for a $6 fee, so if you need your shipping expidited jut add $6 to the price of the item when you check out. If in the rare case your item is backordered, you will be promptly contacted and given the option for either a full refund or to go ahead with the transaction.

Items described as "In stock and ready to ship".

If the item is described as "In stock and ready to ship", then we have possesion of the item at our home base and will almost always ship either the same business or next business day. The same return policy applies.
