Returns are accepted for any/all UNOPENED items and MUST be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date or auction closing date for all products unless otherwise noted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the item is defective.

Defective item(s) will be replaced with the same item only. Shipping charges related to defective item(s) will be paid for by seller. Refunds or exchanges will be issued accordingly after product arrives and has been inspected.

OPENED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE:

25% Restocking Fee for any or all OPENED items. Restocking Fee is based on the final auction price or purchase price not including shipping or taxes. Refunds or exchanges will be issued accordingly. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Thank you.

FOR PRE ORDER ITEMS:

Returns are accepted 30 days from the RELEASE DATE if the item is purchased and paid in full before it's release date. All other return policies still apply.
