Sorry, but if you ask a question that can be answered by reading the
listing, we will not respond!! We get too many. We want to be able to
respond to legitimate questions.

When will my order ship?
We usually ship within 3 business days, via USPS or FedEx (our choice) depending upon the size and/or quantity ordered.
We send tracking information on EVERY package we ship. Watch your email box for a "VacShack has sent you a package" email or an email from FedEx.
Please do not email unless it has been over 10 days and you have still not received your package.

Is this item new, is it genuine?
Unless otherwise stated, all items are New in Box or in original manufacturer's packaging,,,,,,,The only exceptions would be noted, and those would be floor models or overstock items.
Can I return my item?
All bags, belts and filters and liquids are non-returnable. Please check your manual or the manufacturer's web-site prior to purchasing. Again, not accepting returns keeps our costs low for everybody. If you receive a machine that DOES NOT work, you may return it, provided you contact us for authorization. If an item is a floor model and is marked AS-IS, we only guarantee that it will work when you get it. We sell these items for 10-30% of what they retail for.
