PAYMENTS
We accept payments through PAYPAL…
Once we receive your payment, we will ship your item/items.   Please confirm shipping address when you submit payment.  Many times E-bay & PayPal have different shipping address.
We ask that you submit payment within 3 days.  If you need additional time, just email us with the time you need and we will make arrangements.  If payment is made by E-check on PayPal, it takes 4-10 days for your check to clear.  Once check clears we will ship your item.

I will be happy to combine shipping.  Please notify me of multiple orders so we can invoice you before you pay.  We will combine your purchases with one low shipping cost.  Orders over $100 have free shipping.  If you pay for each item separately, we cannot offer you combine shipping or shipping discounts.

SHIPPING

Items are shipped once payment is received.  We ship within 1-3 days.  Please allow additional time when there is a holiday during the week. 
Delivery confirmation is available for $ 0.75 extra. 

Insurance, express mail or overnight is also available at an additional cost. 

We try to send all items as inexpensively as possible.  Size and weight are sometimes a factor, so please take this into consideration when purchasing an item especially furniture.
We package our items carefully and packages are marked clearly.  If you are concerned about receiving your package, we recommend you purchase insurance.

Gift wrap is available for $2.50 extra.  Please contact us prior to making payment to request type of gift wrap and/or occasion. 

We will be happy to ship item to a different shipping address.  Email us with the information including person we should ship to, address, city, state, and zip code.

REFUNDS

 If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please contact us.  You may return the item within seven days of delivery in its original state, un used . We will refund cost of your item less shipping and handling charges.
