Guarantee: We have a 30 day “No Questions Asked” guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us through the auction and we will send you an RMA number. Ship back the product and we will refund your purchase price plus return shipping. Item must be returned via USPS Media Mail for refund. We cannot refund original shipping charges. We stand behind our products 100%. If there is a problem simply contact us through the item and we will replace the tape or refund your payment plus return shipping. So please contact us before leaving negative feedback if something is wrong. We pride ourselves on our extraordinary customer service!!
Shipping to US: $4.77 via U.S. Mail. Approximate delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. US Mail orders are shipped in a plain brown padded mailer with delivery confirmation. NO AFO/FPO!! We only ship to eBay registered addresses or Paypal registered addresses.
Shipping Worldwide: Worldwide Shipping is calculated based on the item's weight. Please use the shipping calculator at the bottom to get shipping charges before bidding. Items are shipped USPS First Class Maill approximate delivery time is 7 to 21 business days. Payment for International orders is by Paypal only!! US banks charge $7 to deposit a foreign money order. All foreign money orders will be returned at the buyer expense and an upaid item will be filed.

Combined Shipping to US: I will gladly combine shipping for multiple store videos as follows: $4.77 total shipping for the first video and $1.50 shipping for each additional video. Combined shipping must be paid on one invoice. Multiple payments cannot be combined. Orders are shipped same business day if payment is received before 12 noon EST. Otherwise they are shipped next business day. We suggest that you purchase insurance with your order. We will not refund payment for lost orders under any circumstances.
