Originally sold for $10.75 in 1915 and was offered to barber shops, drug stores, and retail outlets.  An original example in good condition could bring $3,500 to $4,500.

In recreating these clocks, we captured all the original colors and details.  The materials used are as the original, but finer quality.

• 1/2 inch first quality plywood backing for the dial
• 3/4 hard wood was used to make the wood box housing the movement
• Artwork is sealed with a special polyurethane then hand waxed to give it a nice satin finish.
• Brass and steel eight-day key wind mechanical movement
• Special custom made form to make the oversized blue steel, counterbalanced hands

IF YOU HAVE BEEN WATCHING THIS ITEM, YOU MAY HAVE NOTICED THAT I RECENTLY RAISED THE PRICE.  THE FEW THAT I HAD IN STOCK HAVE BEEN SOLD AND  IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING A FEW MORE, I REALIZED THAT MY COST OF MAKING THIS CLOCK HAS INCREASED.

****SINCE I MAKE EACH CLOCK  AND PERSONALLY, TEST , GUARANTEE, LABEL, NUMBER AND SIGNED EACH ONE, I INTEND TO MAKE A VERY LIMITED AMOUNT BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY TIME CONSUMING.  I COULD DISCONTINUE MAKING THEM AT ANY TIME.
