This insulator is embossed Hemingray Patent May 2, 1893 on one side and PETTICOAT on the oposite skirt.  What makes this one really great is its condition.  Very, Very close to perfect with only a very tiny flake off of the inside of one drip.  NO CHIPS.  It is more of a darker cobalt than the photo shows.  Have fun, no reserve.  2 lbs Priority Mail.  There is a 4.25 handling charge to cover insurance but I'll gladly drop that charge under certain conditions.  Email me for an explanation.  Thanks
