This waterfront homesite fronts on the Pamlico River and Duck Creek. There is a boat ramp on the Creekside with a canal beside the ramp and this site has water on 3 sides. Great boating, fishing and swimming. Only about 5 miles from Bath, about 12 miles to the waterfront in Washington and about 50 miles to Ocracoke by water. The river is about 4 miles wide and the creek about 200 yards wide with no development on the other side. The creek and river sides is bulkheaded and it will need a little work on the creek side. The pilings are in and I have a set of plans that really take advantage of all of the views. This setting is truly a hard find and once you take a look at it, you will agree.
