This fantastic clock came out a very important estate in the South of France near Cannes.The style of this fantastic clock is Louis XVI and it is in perfect and original top condition!!The clock is made of the finest Carrara marble and decorated with bronze ornaments.The porcelain dial is handpainted with flowers and has a size of 4,5 Inches ! The bronze gilt is in excellent and original condition.Early French movement with pendulum on spring suspension, 8 days going work, the 1/1 and 1/2 hours striking on a silvered bell,perfect condition and keeps accurate time .The porcelain dial and the bronze clockwork are signed with: " Revel a Paris ". Jaques Revel was one of the famoust clockmakers in France at that time.The dial and the back of the clock are covered by a bent glass. Wind-up key and original pendelum are included.
