Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. We will also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and company checks. Orders paid by any form of check will be held for 10 business days before your order ships. All payments are due within 7 days of the auction end. All items are shipped within 24 hours of completed payment and you will be provided tracking information via email for your order.

Shipping

We pack and ship our items professionally to ensure each item you buy from us arrives safely and in the listed condition. Our items are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. However for case quantities we will quote you special pricing and ship via UPS Ground.

If the listing does not include a shipping calculator, it will clearly state the flat rat amount. Items are typically shipped within one business day after receipt of payment. You will be notified by email when your item has shipped.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a standard mailing address with your payment. If you pay by PayPal, and your shipping address is different than your confirmed address in PayPal, you must email us directly to let us know if the requested change. We will email you back to accept it, otherwise your item will be sent to your confirmed PayPal address.

Arkansas residents must pay 6.5% sales tax on all items purchased.

Returns

LBG Enterprises pays the highest attention in ensuring that listings are accurate and reflect the quality and specifications of the item. We will accept a return if an item is clearly misrepresented in the listings. If you receive an item and there are any questions on the representation of the item, you must email with problems within 3 days of delivery.

Packages are insured with UPS up to $100. Additional insurance for items valued over $100 is optional, but highly recommended.
