Flat Rate Shipping: Shipping & handling fees apply to US domestic only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska or international address). Please contact us for shipping rate to HI, AK and international on furniture purchase.

Combined Shipping: You can save shipping for multiple purchases. To calculate combined shipping charge for your multiple purchases, go to My ebay click on Pay Now button, check the boxes for all your items then click Recalculate under the total, you will see the total after combined shipping discount.

* If you see both UPS and USPS shipping option, just choose the one with lower shipping charge to Pay. It is for shipping fee calculation purpose only, we might use other carrier than you selected unless you send us a special request message before we ship out*

Shipping Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL for small packages and some small furniture. We use other trucking freight companies for oversize and heavy furniture. WE HAVE THE OPTION TO USE ANY CARRIER. If you like us to use a specific carrier, you need to send us a special request message before we ship out.

Shipping & Handling time: We usually ship within 2 business days for small items, 2-4 days for furnitures and large items. In the event of rare or unexpected delays you will be contacted immediately.

In some area, shipping cost may be higher than we estimated and listed. If this rare case happens, we will notify buyer before shipping. Buyer needs to pay the additional cost to cover the unexpected shipping charge or we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Return Policies
