By bidding in this auction you have agreed to the following terms:
1) Buyer must checkout and complete the transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction. A formal reminder will be sent through ebay if this date is passed and if still no payment made, a NPB Warning (Non-Paying Bidder Warning) will be filed 10 days after the reminder
2) Our feedback system is automated. Positive feedback will be automatically issued upon receiving positive feedback from buyers. Please remember to post positive feedback upon completion of the transaction.
WARRANTY : 30 Day exchange from vendor . There is a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. This includes problems with: improper installation, etc. Customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a return shipping fee for the replacement item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No exceptions. All sales are considered final after the 30 day warranty period.
Return policy: All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% or $25, whichever is greater, and all non-product related fees(shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance) are not refundable. The warranty of this product that have been mishandled or damaged is voided. Only those items that are determined to be free from damage will be exchanged or refunded.
