VERY RARE GIBSON SUNBURST SOPRANO UKULELE IN GREAT CONDITION.

From the personal MGM collection

This is a very hard to find and almost never seen for sale Gibson "Sunburst' Ukulele with a solid sprucetop in great condition.   It appears to be in all original condition and has had no repairs to my knowledge and seems to be all original.  There is a small hairline under the bridge at the c string pictured and some finish chipping near one edge with a short 3/8"  crack in the finish.  Also there is a small piece missing from the bridge which probably happened when a string broke thru the slot at one time but has been there since I acquired the ukulele.  This is an uke-2 style with single to binding and a wonderful multicolor rosette.  The tone is loud and usually brighter than most gibsons probably due to the solid spruce soundboard.   the action is medium but there is room at the saddle to lower if wanted to.  Original Gibson tuners with all original knobs with grain lines in the material.  This is a unique opportunity to own a hard to find great collectable.  Please email if you have any questions or do not hesitate to call me hawaii time on this or any other ukulele.
