Biography of Ezra Pound, who while born in America, lived much of his productive life outside of the US, mainly in Britain, France and Italy. During World War II Pound chose to follow Mussolini and was later arrested for Treason against the United States following the fall of Mussolini in 1945. Very clean hardcover book with dust jacket showing very little wear. Dust jacket shows some handling evidence and shelf wear while the book shows what must be sticker residue on the first colored fly page where a blank stamped ownership stamp can be found as well. Quarter cloth and papered boards measuring 6-1/2" by 9-1/2" with 368 pages. Written by John Tutell and published by Anchor Press Doubleday in 1987. Stated First Edition.
