1. Where do you get your Dysons?

We buy them direct from the factory because we are Authorized. There are no middle men or 3rd parties involved.

2. Are you an Authorized Dealer?

         Yes we are. We are also a Dyson Warranty Center.

3. Is the Extra Warranty through you or another company?

Because of the quality of our units, we have no problem offering the extra warranty ourselves. . We are an Authorized Dyson Warranty Center, and if you ship it back to us, we deal with you directly and quickly. Some sellers offer extra warranty through warranty houses like Phillips. We do not. Most people prefer to deal with us over their local facilities. We keep all your records on file and do not require you to "register".

4. Is it a Brand New model or Refurbished?

This is a factory serviced model in the box from the Dyson Factory. Since new machines cannot be sold as new if they have been outside the box and repacked, these are classified as refurbished, even though they are not used.  The most common reason for repackaging is shipping or box damage.   

5. What does "factory serviced/blemished" mean?

These vacuums may or may not have cosmetic blemishes, but we do have to state that in case there are some. These are items that were returned to factory for some reason (like shipping damage, or broken parts, etc.). They are then repaired, tested, and repackaged. The extra handling may result in a scratch or some marring. We do guarantee them mechanically and we do have confidence in them enough to extend the warranty without any additional cost. These are a good way to go if you are looking to save some extra money and still get all the performance of the full price model.

6. Is it good on pet hair?   

          Yes, absolutely. All Dysons work well on pet hair.

Payments: 

 We accept credit cards and PayPal, if you would prefer to pay by credit card you will need to call 1-800-285-8145 to do so.  We prefer PayPal, as a buyer it is your responsibility to make sure the correct shipping information is on the PayPal payment we receive.  We will not change information provided to us by PayPal.  We will not make any acceptions to this policy.

Shipping:

We ship UPS ground to the 48 contiguous states, and ship PR to AK and HI.  PR shipping will incur a 30.00 USD shipping charge and 20.00 USD charge for shipping to APO or PPO addresses.  Again, if you are paying with PayPal it is your responsibility as a buyer to make sure the correct information is on the PayPal payment we receive.  We will not make any acceptions to this policy.

Returns:

If you receive an item that is defective you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it at no charge to you, simply call 1-800-285-8145 and we will issue a UPS call tag to have the item picked up and a replacement sent, or a refund issued.  If you are unhappy with the item you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, however you will still need to call 1-800-285-8145 to be issued a RMA number, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us, and you will be subject to a 15.00 restocking fee.

Dyson Warranty for Refurbished Product:

Dyson backs there refurbished products with a 6 month factory warranty. We back the items with a 2.5 year extended warranty.  In the case your Dyson needs warranty repair in the first 6 months you can take it to the nearest Dyson service center in your area.  After the 6 month factory warranty expires you will need to contact us for shipping instructions.  You will pay the shipping to us and we will pay the shipping back.  Keep in mind that 1 in 200 get sent back to us for repair, so you should feel very confident in your purchase.
