Sales Policies & Details for May 2008

We are involved in estate sales along the Main Line of Philadelphia.  We are not experts or dealers of any particular item.  We find quality items suited for individual use and/or commercial/private  retail/resale.   We are ONLY on eBay!!  We do start even the best items at thee lowest possible price, a low price does not mean hidden issues, its just bidding/demand  determining the price. We don’t always use long really descriptions, but our goal is to make items easily and correctly identifiable.  We disclose damage and believe you will like the rest.  If you have a question, please ask. First time or other special circumstance buyers please contact us before bidding on anything over $100.  We want all our winning bidders to be happy with their item.

About delivery and shipping…

We love USPS!!  (Fixed shipping costs, delivery to POB and APO addresses too!) They have been perfect for us.  100%.  Your item will be in your hands from our friends in blue as fast as possible, usually about 7  to 10 days.  Allow more time for Money Order, and Holidays and other reasonable things.  *PLEASE* NO LOCAL PICKUP REQUESTS – seriously!  We do want you to think “that was fast” when you see it arrive ;-)  IF an item is listed with FREE shipping, then WE pay shipping from the price of the winning bid!

We love eBay!!  Almost everyone is so friendly & nice.  We are always happy  to hear we have something you want -- *however* -- all of our items will go to their full bidding term, we do not de-list items to sell privately (buy now).   If you have something to ask or tell us, please do it through the eBay message system, not external email.  If you have not received your item for two weeks, that’s a good time to start asking about shipping details.  For Feedback, we try not to miss ANY transaction, however it can take time.  It will be after you have received and accepted the item before submitting return Feedback.  (Despite all these terms we really are friendly!)
