I ship out all packages within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment. If for some reason there is a delay in shipment I will contact you immediately to let you know. I will email you with your Tracking number once your package has shipped so you may track it. All my packages will now have insurance on them. This is to protect both the Buyer and Seller and so you receive your product and are not out of your hard earned money. International Packages can not be insured.
1. Buyer Pays Shipping & Handling and Customs. unless otherwise noted in the sales agreement. I ship to USA, Europe, Canada, Austraila, Germany, & UK. NO PR or HI residents they pay their own shipping charges.
2. We reserve the right to change mail carriers at any time after the sale & before Shipment is processed if we deem necessary.
3. We ship FEDEX GROUND, UPS Ground or United States Postal Service: First Class, Priority Mail & Parcel Post, on occasion I have to use another Carrier for larger Items to save on shipping costs I will notify you if this is the case.
4. Handling Time, for USPS Priority Mail expect 2-4 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number, USPS Parcel Post Mail expect 7-15 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number, USPS First Class Mail expect 2-6 days after you receive email confirmation with tracking number. FEDEX Ground, & UPS Ground expect 8 - 11 days after email confirmation with tracking number. Your package could arrive much sooner all these handling times are considered worst case. Meaning the longest time you would have to wait to receive your package. You will receive an email once your item is shipped with a tracking number. Shipping would be the Buyer's responsibility.
5. Refund Policy. Currently we do not take any returns/items or refund any items. All our items are mainly sold used or AS IS. Unless stated it is new. However if you have a problem we aim to please. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We know sometimes things happen. 352-843-1608.
We do our best but sometimes when you go to bubble wrap the item and pack it with packing it tends to weigh a little more and this makes the postage go up on the scale and your shipping price goes up as well. All packages are shipped One day after receiving Payment.
We have been shipping most items out USPS lately Priority Mail. Unless the package is very small under a lb then I use U.S.P.S. - First Class Mail to keep cost down for you. USPS (INSURANCE is your option for additional costs). Unless specified in auction description, in addition to shipping fees, & insurance a handling charge minimum of $1.00 to $3.00 maximum will be added (for bubble wrap, tissue, packing, labels, etc.) so your package has an excellent chance of surviving the USPS Postal Service voyage. In breakage, or damage to your package contact us immediately via email so we may give you information to file a claim at your local post office, or UPS, FedEx depending on which carrier delivered your package.
I am going to start including Insurance to all packages since all customers are expecting me to reimburse when things go wrong and no one ever takes out insurance. So it will just be automatically included in the cost. It is usually only a dollar more.
All Packages will be insured!!! This way if something happens you can just call USPS, and file your claim and you are covered. Call UPS and file your claim or call FedEx and File your Claim. Then you are not out of your Money and your Item. You will at least have your money back. Insurance does not cost that much & if not purchased & your item is damaged in shipping you will just be out of your item & money. Better safe than sorry.
We gladly apply combined shipping for our items. So from now on all my packages will have insurance included and your items will have the fee automatically figured in the freight shipping & handling already. Thanks. Joans Bargain Basement.

We ship via: UPS, USPS, First Class when it permits very small items under a lb, Parcel post, only when trying to save you money and item is large and in between, USPS prices and UPS prices, and of course UPS, When USPS prices are too much and UPS is right on track, or the faster way to go, All Packages will be insured now mandatory and tracked.
Remember Parcel Post can take up to 9-14 days to arrive. I email all Customers with Tracking Numbers so they can track packages. www.usps.com and www.ups.com
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, we do offer refunds. If you are wanting to return something the guidelines are; If we unintentionally misrepresent it, we give full purchase price back. If you change your mind or did not take time to read the description and did not ask any questions specific to the problem before bidding, there is a 20% restocking fee to cover our time lost costs. Freight will NEVER be refunded as it has been spent and we cannot get it back. This is standard practice in the mail order industry.

Yes! We give feedback but only after you leave it for us. The buyer always grades first. We think we are doing a good job so if we are, we need you to support it. If not, please contact us before leaving a non-reversable negative. There is ALMOST ALWAYS a way to work things out. If not, more than likely we are not the problem. Remember, you get what you give. Use good disgression here. Remember we are not the Shipping Carrier when leaving feedback we ship out orders next day after payment is received. We pack really well. We now insure all items. So Please be kind. We are not the Shipping Carriers.
We hope you bid on our products. We ship really fast and charge a nominal $3 dollar handling fee on all of our items to help lessen the shipping materials loss on every item large or small so just subtract that from the shipping charge and that will be what USPS or UPS or DHL or Fedex charges us. Shipping insurance will be included in all shipments as well. I have started doing this since I am required no matter what to refund and have had to issue them no matter what. Most customers do not purchase it but seem to expect me to pay and to refund out of my pocket when damaged and I just simply can not afford to eat all of the carriers errors. So to cover any expenses a small fee is included to cover all packing, insurance, ect. For everyone for each item.
Of course we combine won auctions if notified and paid at the same time in the same week. Just take the highest shipping amount and add $3 bucks per item that will fit in the box. This will be done automatically when you are invoiced. If items total gross weight makes this option unfeasible, they will be separated into two boxes and so on depending on how many items you have won from us in a week and their total weight. This option never has and never will apply to whole vehicles.

If you are in Florida or near Ocala you may pick it up and will sign off on a document that states that you are happy with the item. Buyer of the item must be present with picture i.d. such as a driver’s license.
Any complete items/units that are won via auction must be paid for or picked up in a "reasonable" amount of time from auction end unless prior arrangements have been made. Please call me if your item is lost or damaged during shipping for the following: damage, theft, fire or other acts of destruction so I can file and insurance claim. Said item/unit will become the property of Joans Bargain Basement and will be relisted if no contact with buyer can be established after Seven days or by Ebay Policies which Is (10 working days) amount of time.
