If you are unsure about an item, please contact us immediately with questions before you bid. We go out of our way to answer questions. We do issue refunds from time to time for good reason. It seems Ebay's policy about leaving negative feedback gives a buyer a feeling of false security; to purchase and not pay with impunity...

Ebay's Unpaid Item Policy: Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. Ebay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase.

Sellers can file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay for each of their items that are purchased but not paid for. eBay will issue a strike on the account of the buyer who does not honor their obligation to pay (unless the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction).

If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer's account in advance of suspension.

If you win multiple items rest assured that we will combine the shipping charges. We ask you wait until you receive an invoice from us before paying. We always appreciate it if you notify us about your intent to bid on multiple items, however, it is not mandatory.

If before bidding on one of our items you have doubts about the shipping charges, please email us. We will gladly attempt to give you a more accurate estimate before you bid. If we find you have been over charged for shipping it is our policy to issue you a refund for the difference.

We offer standard shipping methods to facilitate rapid processing of your order; however, if you have special shipping requests, please write to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Insurance is REQUIRED on ALL INTERNATIONAL ITEMS as well as ALL ITEMS OVER $50.

If you have won multiple items and want us to combine shipping charges, please let us know or wait until you receive an INVOICE from us before paying; so we can adjust the shipping charges to reflect the combined items.

Please contact us within 3 days of the end of the sale. Payment is required within 7 days. If other arrangements are not made, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed and the item will be relisted.
