It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the package(s) upon arrival at their doorstep.  Sometimes the exterior of the box may not show visible sign(s) of damage. While the Delivery Company is there, please open and inspect the contents of your box(es). If there is any damage to your product, you have to refuse the delivery in order for our warranty to be validated. If you accept the package(s) damaged, it will be difficult to have the shipper cover the product(s) under their insurance policy.  Also, the seller reserves the right not to sell an item if payment is not rendered within 24 hours of “buying it now”!  Our items can not be pulled out of inventory until payment clears therefore if you want to secure your purchase you must act and fulfill your ebay contract!  Seller reserves the right to cancel any transaction by buyers with feedback of 3 or less.  Please contact us first before you buy. 

Delivery of certain large items will require a fork lift or similar equipment to be on site to off load the merchandise at the final point of delivery.  This equipment is not included and if necessary, will be noted prior to shipment.
